Hilton Beijing Food & Wine Experience: Slated for October 27 + The XV Factor Contest

The Hilton Food & Wine Experience is the longest-running annual event of its kind in Beijing and will mark its fifteenth birthday anniversary this year. Two things to note: 1) This year’s tasting is slated for October 27, so mark your calendars, and 2) I will team up with the Hilton Beijing again on a contest, this one called The XV Factor — details to come. For those who haven’t been, here are a few posts from previous years and contests.

2011: The year we asked readers to come up with a name for the Hilton Food & Wine Experience. And the winner was…
