Let’s Burger will add a third outlet — to go along with Let’s Seafood, which also has burgers, so it’s kind of a Let’s Surf and Turf — in Solana next month. The newest property faces the water, covers two floors and will be able to seat 80 inside and 60 outside, says Derek Tze. Let’s Burger has outlets in Swire Village North and in Shunyi, plus the two-floor Let’s Seafood in Nali Patio in Sanlitun.
Anyway, the new outlet in Solana will included a burger lineup headlined by the “Spicy Bullfight“, with Angus beef and a mess of toppings, including hot peppers. There will also be a fish fillet burger, mashed potato and cheese burger, tuna and avocado salad with yoghurt dressing and bacon, mushroom and egg yolk-topped fries.
