Beijing Beatlejuice: Drinks for London Olympics kickoff bash at 2 Kolegas

I discovered what fuels at least one Beijing Beatle.

The Beijing Beatles will be Fab Four-ing at 2 Kolegas on July 28 to celebrate the start of the London Olympics. I met with Ian Burns and Teddy Lazarova — they run Redstar Times Media and Burns is lead singer in the band — for a homemade pancake breakfast / booze strategy session on Thursday. That’s one of the benefits of us all living in the same apartment complex!

Anyway, along with having Fish Nation and Gung Ho on site to feed the masses, and lots of music, the party will have two special cocktails, and I am helping out. One will pay tribute to both London and Beijing as Olympics hosts, the other will be called Beijing Beatlejuice, and we will possibly have a third treat. More details coming…
