Master Curry officially opened in Workers Stadium last evening with a veal barbecue outside, a buffet inside and free-flow wine, beer and juice. This restaurant chain started in Taiwan, where it has five stores, and has now added outlets in Shanghai and Beijing.
The restaurant is a partnership with veal producer Shine’s Group, which in turn has worked with Dutch firm The VanDrie Group. If curry house and veal barbecue seem like an odd combination, consider that… well, yeah, they seem like an odd combination. In any case, people seemed pretty happy with the meat.
The restaurant proper is much larger than the facade suggests and covers several floors. You can find it just north of A Hotel, a bit further up from Pink Life and across from Le Nest.
