Look for Switch! Grill to open a second branch, this one in Shunyi, says owner Billy Kawaja. The restaurant recently relocated its restaurant from the 798 Art District to near the Dongsishitiao circle — see “Switch pops its collar” – with Adam Goodman and chef Heinz Klenner getting things up and running. Apparently, the second venue will be close to Beijng Riviera and have a play area. Kawaja is aiming for an August 1 opening and word is the place will have its own bubble-making machine.
By the way, I’m re-using the arty “collar popping” image I made for the opening of Switch at Dongsishitaio. It deserves a second viewing:
