I have tried more Pisco cocktails this week than in the rest of my life combined. From Sunday at Apothecary to Monday at Scarlett (when I took a breather) to Tuesday at Migas to Wednesday at Kempinski Hotel for the drinks competition, this week in Beijing has been under the influence of the national drink of Peru. I have two more Pisco posts coming, including one re the cocktail competition, but for now here are photos from the free Pisco and snack tasting at Scarlett, a bar that I really need to get to more.

The Pisco cocktail tasting was definitely a success. We a lot of great people that night at Scarlett and everybody enjoyed it. Scarlett is more than happy to host this kind of events!
