Atmosphere bar, chill out area Lounge, and steakhouse Grill 79 are opening atop the China World Executive Wing aka Tower Three today and the view is spectacular as advertised. (Of course, it will not be spectacular when the weather is poor or the pollution level is high, but such is life in Beijing.)
