Turning Japanese: Spirit It class tomorrow features Sake, Sochu cocktails
Remember when mixologlist Bob Louison was an innocent French youth in a big Chinese city? That was like two years ago. Well, he’s come a long way, cheri, and tomorrow will host his thirtieth cocktail class in Beijing. This one has a Japanese theme–the cocktails have a Sochu or Sake base–and will be held at Zazou on the third floor of Sanlitun Village, 7 PM to 9 PM.
