I went to Cosmo Hot Dogs for the thrid time looking to have a dog but it was not open again this afternoon. Are they having trouble with the landlord or is construction just taking longer than expected?

I would guess by the construction they have completed it might be a few more days before it actually opens, if everything goes to plan there are not "fire or sprinkler" issues or any "enviornmental concerns" by city officials.
