Food-loving friend Shake n’ Bake says chef Brian McKenna will soon leave Shangri-La Hotel’s Blu Lobster to go out on his own, something rumored for quite some time. UPDATE: This Thursday is McKenna’s last day at Blu Lobster. Look for him to open a 150-seat brasserie in Beijing’s CBD later this year.
